The HD450 track carrier roller, also named upper roller or top track roller, is a precision OEM-grade undercarriage component exclusively engineered for HD450 standard excavator track systems. It undertakes upper track tension support and linear motion guidance, eliminating track sagging and deviation during long-hour operation. All dimensions strictly follow industrial standard specs, achieving full physical interchangeability for direct replacement of original equipment parts.
This HD450 carrier roller adopts high-strength 40MnB alloy steel as the main body material, with a tensile strength of ≥800MPa and yield strength of ≥600MPa. The track contact surface undergoes integral medium-frequency induction quenching treatment, reaching a hardness range of HRC 52-58 with a 5-8mm uniform hardened layer. The built-in tin bronze bushing (ZCuSn10Pb1) features hardness above 85HB, ensuring low friction and stable lubrication performance. All finished products pass 100% magnetic particle inspection and air tightness testing to avoid internal cracks and oil leakage.
