The XCMG XE215 carrier roller, commonly referred to as upper track roller or top roller, is a precision forged undercarriage component designed exclusively for the XCMG XE215 standard excavator track system. Adopting one-piece integral forging molding, this roller avoids the internal porosity, loose texture and structural fragility common in ordinary cast rollers.
As a core track support part, it bears the weight of the upper track chain, maintains straight track operation, and relieves track sagging and lateral deviation during equipment running. Manufactured strictly according to original equipment dimensional standards, it features complete dimensional consistency and direct interchangeability for routine part replacement and undercarriage maintenance.
This XCMG XE215 upper track roller is made of standard 35MnB alloy steel, a dedicated material for engineering machinery undercarriage parts with stable structural density and reliable impact resistance. The roller surface adopts medium-frequency integral induction quenching treatment, forming a uniform 6-9mm hardened layer, with stable surface hardness of HRC 53-59, matching the wear resistance requirements of medium-duty excavator operation.
The built-in thickened tin bronze bushing ensures smooth mechanical coordination and low friction operation. Each finished roller passes magnetic particle flaw detection and air tightness inspection to exclude internal cracks, hidden defects and oil leakage risks, ensuring stable structural performance for long-term cyclic work.
