Brighttop Global Co., Ltd. supplies durable DTH drill bits designed for mining, quarrying, blast-hole drilling, water well drilling, geothermal drilling and construction applications. The bits work with compatible down-the-hole hammers to deliver impact energy directly to the rock at the bottom of the hole.
Manufactured from selected alloy steel and fitted with wear-resistant cemented carbide buttons, our DTH hammer bits provide a reliable balance of penetration performance, wear resistance and service life. Optimized face grooves and flushing holes help remove rock cuttings efficiently and reduce repeated crushing during drilling. Alloy-steel bodies, carbide buttons and efficient flushing structures are also standard design priorities among established DTH-tool manufacturers.
Different face designs can be supplied to suit varying rock formations and drilling conditions. Common options include flat face, concave face and convex face, while carbide button profiles may include spherical and ballistic designs. Face geometry influences penetration, hole stability, flushing and bit wear, so the correct configuration should be selected according to rock hardness and abrasiveness.
Multiple diameters and shank configurations are available for different DTH hammer systems. Common shank options may include DHD, COP, QL, Mission and SD types, depending on the required hammer model. Customized button arrangements, face designs, packaging and OEM services are also available.
