Brighttop Global Co., Ltd. supplies durable CIR DTH drill bits designed for compatible CIR-series low-pressure down-the-hole hammers. These bits are widely used for quarrying, mining, water-well drilling, construction and general rock excavation projects.
Manufactured from selected alloy steel and fitted with wear-resistant cemented carbide buttons, our CIR DTH hammer bits are designed to provide reliable impact transmission, stable penetration and consistent drilling performance. The flushing holes and face grooves help discharge rock cuttings from the bottom of the hole and reduce repeated crushing during drilling.
Different bit diameters, button arrangements and face designs are available to meet various rock formations and operating conditions. Depending on the model, available face profiles may include flat, convex and concave designs, while carbide buttons can be supplied in spherical, ballistic or semi-ballistic profiles.
Each drill bit is manufactured to match the corresponding CIR hammer connection. Common options may include CIR50, CIR60, CIR70, CIR90, CIR110, CIR150 and other compatible configurations, subject to the actual hammer model and drilling requirements.
OEM production, customized diameters, button layouts, product colors, markings and export packaging are available.
CIR-series products are commonly marketed for low-pressure DTH applications, while established DTH manufacturers emphasize alloy-steel bodies, heat treatment, carbide buttons and optimized flushing as important factors affecting durability and drilling performance. Face profile selection also influences penetration, hole stability and maintenance requirements.
