Customizable Colors Resin Fiber Glass Cloth Fiberglass Cloth For Exterior
1. Dyeing treatment: During or after the weaving process of glass fiber cloth, use specially screened dyes that can bond well with glass fiber and subsequent coatings to dye it as a whole. This gives the glass fiber cloth a uniform and long-lasting color, breaking through the limitations of its monotonous color.
2. Acrylic coating impregnation: Soak the dyed glass fiber cloth in a prepared acrylic resin solution to fully penetrate every gap of the fiber bundle.
3. Drying and curing: The impregnated fabric is dried through a specific heating and drying channel to evaporate the solvent, and the acrylic resin is cured and formed on the fiber surface and interlacing points. This process will form a continuous, dense, transparent or semi transparent acrylic polymer film on the surface of the glass fiber.
The most intuitive change is having rich and stable colors. The color selection of such products produced in Guangdong region often follows market trends and can meet the aesthetic needs of different application scenarios. The glossiness of the acrylic coating itself also enhances the visual texture of the material.
