The production of fiberglass cloth has multiple significant characteristics. The dyeing process is a crucial step, which requires placing the pre treated glass fibers into a dyeing vat and dyeing them according to specific formulas and techniques. When dyeing, it is necessary to accurately control parameters such as temperature, time, and dye concentration to ensure that the glass fiber is uniformly colored and the color fastness meets the requirements. The weaving process adopts special weaving techniques, such as plain weave, diagonal weave, etc., to weave the dyed glass fibers into cloth. Simultaneously, precise control of weaving parameters such as yarn tension, weaving density, weaving angle, etc., ensures the stability and consistent performance of the fireproof fabric structure.
After weaving is completed, post-processing such as heat setting treatment may be carried out to make the fireproof fabric structure more stable, improve dimensional stability and shape retention ability; It is also possible to carry out surface coating treatment, coating with special fireproof resin or other materials to enhance the fire resistance, wear resistance and other properties of the fireproof cloth. Finally, strict quality inspection will be conducted on the finished products to check whether the appearance quality, color uniformity, physical properties, fire resistance, etc. meet the standard requirements. Only products that pass the inspection can enter the market.
