The oscillating granulator can make particles from a mixture of powders, or from lumpy dry matter into the desired particles. It is suitable for small batch production in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, scientific research units, laboratories, hospitals and small health care products factories It has a wide range of applications, uniform particles produced, no need for particle screening, thereby increasing production efficiency, reducing production costs and increasing production. Compared with powder, pellets are easy to take, store and transport. The machine is driven by mechanical transmission to swing the cylinder back and forth. The material is extruded into particles from the screen. As long as the screen mesh of different numbers is replaced, the coarse and fine particles are made. The drum does not need to be disassembled, the screen is easy to disassemble and is very light. The cleaning parts are only part of the granulating cavity, and the cleaning is very convenient. The particles made by the system contain less powder and particle size, convenient operation, simple control and long service life.

Working method:

The swing granulator is a mechanical drive. Under the action of friction, the drum rotates, and powdery materials are discharged from the screen hole and sent out of the machine under the action of positive and reverse rotation of the rotating drum. The particle size and density can be controlled to a certain extent by adjusting the tightness of the screen and the speed of the drum

Features:

1.This Oscillating granulating machine makes use of the rolling motion of rotating barrel, granulates the wet powder materials into granule by sieve, it also can be used to crush agglomerate materials into small granules directly.

2. In chemical medicine field, it can be used for granulating the mixed powder into granule, and compressed into tablet after being dried. It also can be used for granulating the coagulated material that is formed during storage or during chemical processing, In food industry, it can be used to deal with the candy and sugar mixture as well as barley milk products. In other industries, it can be used to granulate such as porcelain and plastic mixtures into forming granules.
