Crushed materials are uniformly blended using polypropylene or stainless steel lined pans for improved efficiency and quality.
The core process using double roller or rotary drum granulators, selected based on specific raw material requirements.
Sealed drum system reduces moisture content, hardening particles for better storage stability through continuous rotation and hot air contact.
Advanced cooling technology reduces particle temperature to just 3-5 degrees above room temperature before packaging.
Separates qualified particles for coating while returning unqualified materials to the crusher for reprocessing.
Enhances particle appearance and hardness while effectively preventing caking of fertilizer particles.
