Manufacturing Process
  • Polymerization: Propylene monomers are polymerized under pressure and high temperature to produce polypropylene resin pellets.
  • Extrusion: Polypropylene resin pellets are melted and extruded through a flat die to form a continuous sheet.
  • Orientation: The extruded sheet is stretched across machine and transverse directions to improve mechanical properties and clarity.
  • Cooling: Film is cooled using a cooling roll and stored on a take-up roll.
  • Finishing: Surface treatments like corona discharge are applied to improve printing quality and adhesion.
