CPP film offers excellent resistance to punctures, tearing, and abrasion, ensuring reliable performance during transportation and handling. The material maintains good stiffness and dimensional stability, preventing shrinkage or stretching during processing.
Manufacturing Process
Polymerization: Propylene monomers polymerized under pressure and high temperature
Extrusion: Polypropylene resin pellets melted and extruded through flat die
Orientation: Sheet stretched across machine and transverse directions
Cooling: Film cooled using cooling roll system
Finishing: Corona discharge treatment for improved printing and adhesion
