80-micron translucent yellow or opaque yellow cast polypropylene (CPP) film is a thicker and stronger packaging material than both 50-micron and 60-micron CPP films. This robust material offers exceptional performance for demanding packaging requirements.

Manufacturing Process
Polymerization: Propylene monomers polymerized under pressure and high temperature
Extrusion: Polypropylene resin pellets melted and extruded through a flat die
Orientation: Sheet stretched across machine and transverse directions to enhance mechanical properties
Cooling: Film cooled using cooling rolls and stored on take-up rolls
Finishing: Surface treatments applied to improve printing quality and adhesion
