Premium cast polypropylene film engineered for luxury stationery and industrial packaging applications with exceptional durability and visual appeal.
Production Process
Manufactured through ultra-precision industrial co-extrusion casting and heavy-duty embossing. High-purity CPP resin is melted at 160-180°C and co-extruded with high-concentration yellow and black masterbatches to form a 100μm dual-color base film (25μm yellow top layer/75μm black bottom layer). After precision cooling and shaping, the film undergoes embossing at 100-110°C under 0.2-0.3MPa pressure for a uniform 25μm fine cloth grain finish, followed by corona treatment, precision trimming, and tight winding to yield defect-free rolls with ultra-low batch deviation (≤3%).

The 100μm super-stiff base film delivers exceptional structural rigidity and rugged toughness, resisting permanent deformation and heavy external pulling for long-term extreme heavy-duty use. The 25μm delicate emboss enhances anti-slip tactile grip and visual layering, while the high-visibility yellow-black color scheme provides excellent safety warning and hazard identification performance. Co-extrusion process ensures permanent color fastness without fading or bleeding, with excellent print and heat-seal compatibility for seamless post-processing. Food-grade eco-safe material with ultra-stable mass production quality.
Application Environment
Ideal for luxury thick stationery including high-end hardcover folder covers, premium heavy-duty notebook shells, and luxury album binders. Perfect for heavy-duty industrial high-risk area warning and marking tapes due to excellent tear resistance and anti-slip performance. Also suitable for premium large food packaging and extreme heavy industrial protective packaging. Performs stably in 0°C-65°C environments and adapts perfectly to high-speed slitting, high-definition digital printing, and automated heat-sealing industrial processes.
