Manufactured through advanced multi-layer cast co-extrusion technology using high-purity PP resin, this film ensures structural stability and consistent quality. The 100μm base thickness is controlled with ±2μm tolerance via precise melting and extrusion through high-precision T-die equipment. In-line precision embossing creates a sharp 25μm pattern depth without compromising structural integrity, while purple and black masterbatches provide uniform, streak-free dual-color contrast with excellent color fastness.
This high-strength CPP embossed film is ideal for high-end consumer goods packaging (luxury cosmetics, skincare, electronics), electronic component packaging, heavy-duty industrial surface protection, large-scale gift wrapping, and premium retail display packaging. It performs reliably in normal temperature environments (0-45℃) including retail stores, warehouses, logistics, and automated converting lines.
