Product Description
A versatile cast polypropylene (CPP) film engineered with a 60μm lightweight yet durable base thickness and a precisely defined 25μm embossed texture, complemented by an elegant purple-black dual-color finish. Blending flexibility, visual sophistication, and processing adaptability, this film meets the demands of both aesthetic packaging and practical protection across diverse industrial and commercial applications.
Production Process
Manufactured through advanced multi-layer cast co-extrusion technology, where high-purity PP resin is melted, homogenized, and extruded through a precision T-die to ensure uniform melt flow and consistent base thickness. A rapid chill-roll cooling system solidifies the extruded film efficiently, locking in the 60μm base thickness with strict tolerance control. Subsequent in-line precision embossing uses custom-engraved rollers to transfer a sharp, uniform 25μm pattern depth without compromising structural integrity.
