A versatile cast polypropylene (CPP) film engineered with a 70μm balanced base thickness and 25μm embossed texture, featuring an elegant purple-black dual-color finish. This film combines flexibility, structural reliability, visual sophistication, and processing adaptability for demanding packaging applications.
Manufactured through advanced multi-layer cast co-extrusion technology, this film undergoes precision T-die extrusion for uniform melt flow and consistent 70μm base thickness (±2μm tolerance). Rapid chill-roll cooling solidifies the film, followed by in-line precision embossing using custom-engraved rollers to create a sharp 25μm pattern depth. Purple and black masterbatches are uniformly dispersed during extrusion, achieving rich, streak-free dual-color contrast with excellent color fastness.
This versatile CPP embossed film is widely applicable in commercial and industrial fields, including premium consumer goods packaging (cosmetics, skincare, electronics), electronic component packaging, medium-duty industrial surface protection, gift wrapping, and retail display packaging. It performs reliably in normal temperature (0-40℃) environments including retail stores, warehouses, and high-speed automated converting lines.
