A high-strength cast polypropylene (CPP) film engineered with a 90μm robust base thickness and precisely crafted 25μm embossed texture, enhanced by an elegant purple-black dual-color finish. This film integrates superior structural sturdiness, refined visual sophistication, and exceptional processing versatility for premium aesthetic presentation and reliable heavy-duty protection.
Manufactured using advanced multi-layer cast co-extrusion technology with high-purity PP resin. The process ensures uniform melt distribution and consistent 90μm base thickness control (±2μm tolerance). In-line precision embossing creates a sharp, uniform 25μm pattern depth while purple and black masterbatches provide rich, streak-free dual-color contrast with excellent color fastness.
Widely applicable in premium consumer goods packaging (cosmetics, skincare, electronics, luxury accessories), electronic component packaging, heavy-duty industrial surface protection, large-scale gift wrapping, and high-end retail display packaging. Performs reliably in normal temperature environments (0-45℃) including retail stores, warehouses, logistics transportation, and automated converting lines.
