Built on a high-speed cast PP line with multi-layer co-extrusion, uniform melt distribution through a T-type die, and rapid chill-roll setting to lock dimensional stability. In-line micro-embossing with precision engraving rollers transfers a consistent 25μm texture depth, while dual-color masterbatch dispersion ensures crisp green-black contrast without streaking.
Suited for industrial surface protection, automotive component masking, electronic product packaging, hardware anti-scratch wrapping, and premium consumer goods packaging. Performs reliably in normal temperature assembly, logistics transport, storage, and automated converting environments, providing durable protection with professional visual presentation.
