Manufactured through advanced multi-layer cast co-extrusion technology using high-purity PP resin melted and uniformly extruded through precision T-die systems. Rapid chill-roll cooling locks in the 90μm base thickness with ±2μm tolerance, while in-line precision embossing using engraved rollers transfers clear 25μm patterns without structural damage. Green and black masterbatches ensure uniform color dispersion with no streaking or migration. Real-time monitoring systems maintain consistent product quality throughout production.
Widely applicable in industrial and commercial fields including automotive component masking, industrial surface protection, electronic product packaging, hardware and tool wrapping, and premium consumer goods packaging. Performs reliably in normal temperature (0-40℃) assembly lines, logistics, warehousing, and high-speed automated converting environments. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor short-term storage with excellent resistance to moisture, dust, and minor impacts.
