This high-strength cast polypropylene (CPP) film features a robust 100μm base thickness with precisely engineered 25μm embossed texture and vivid green-black dual-color finish. Combining structural durability, visual distinction, and processing versatility for demanding industrial and packaging applications.
Manufactured using advanced multi-layer cast co-extrusion technology with high-quality PP resin. Precision T-shaped die ensures uniform melt distribution and consistent base thickness control. In-line precision embossing with custom-engraved rollers creates sharp 25μm pattern depth without compromising structural integrity. Green and black masterbatches are uniformly dispersed for streak-free dual-color contrast resistant to fading and migration.
Ideal for automotive component masking, heavy-duty industrial surface protection, high-value electronic product packaging, hardware and tool wrapping, and premium consumer goods packaging. Performs reliably in normal temperature (0-45℃) assembly lines, long-distance logistics, warehousing, and high-speed automated converting environments.
