Cream Release Agent SR-GZC
Technical Introduction
SR-GZC cream release agent is an aqueous dispersion of fatty acid salts and surfactants. It is used in mixing and extrusion processes to prevent the adhesion of unvulcanized rubber sheets and semi-finished parts. SR-GZC release agent overcomes the dust problems associated with some powdered release agents, disperses quickly in water, and can be used in continuous mixing and dipping processes for rubber sheets. The aqueous solution dries quickly on the surface of unvulcanized rubber sheets or compounds, forming a uniform, elastic film to prevent adhesion. During continuous use, SR-GZC produces no dust and does not form precipitates or hard lumps on equipment or the surface of unvulcanized rubber, meaning it will not cause any problems in subsequent processing steps. In continuous production processes, rubber sheets dipped in SR-GZC are easier to feed onto rollers than those dipped in soap solution, making operation more convenient.

Usage:
SR-GZC release agent needs to be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:10 to 1:15.
It is recommended to gently stir SR-GZC before use, or shake the container to achieve uniform dispersion. When diluting with water, add water gradually until the required amount is reached.
SR-GZC release agent is typically used in the dipping and cooling tanks through which unvulcanized rubber passes after extrusion. Before stacking and storing the rubber sheets, the release agent solution must have sufficient time to dry completely on the surface of the sheets.
