Description:

The fabric surface flame spread tester is developed and designed according to ISO 6941 (GBT 5456-2009 Textiles—Burning performance—Determination of flame spread performance of specimens in the vertical direction) standard. It also meets AS2755.2 and is used to determine the burning time of textile fabric surfaces. It is suitable for textile fabrics with a napped surface (e.g., pile, loops, tufts, or similar surfaces).

The equipment is equipped with a touchscreen intelligent control system, allowing users to freely select relevant standard test programs through the start interface, making the testing process more convenient and simple.

Mian Features:

1. The fabric surface flame spread tester's casing is painted and equipped with a transparent observation window for clear observation of the sample's combustion status.
2. The internal dimensions of the combustion chamber are 329mm (L) x 329mm (W) x 767mm (H).
3. Electronic automatic ignition. Ignition time can be set arbitrarily from 0 to 99.99 seconds. Afterflame time and flame retardant time are automatically recorded and displayed on the test results interface.
4. Adjustable flame height and an optional flame temperature measurement device.
5. The burner is fixed on a sliding rail for easy operation. The device automatically starts timing when pushed to the combustion position.
6. The imported needle valve precisely controls gas flow and adjusts flame height.
7. The imported flow meter accurately displays gas flow.
8. An imported gas torch ensures a more stable flame heat release.
9. Imported brand pressure gauge and pressure regulating valve adjust gas pressure.
10. Equipped with an ISO6941 sample holder. Sample size: 560mm × 170mm. Positioning pin: 150mm;
11. The PLC + touchscreen intelligent control system makes the testing process more convenient and simple.
12. The system automatically ignites, times, and stores test data.
13. Optional: Thermal printer, which allows you to print test reports on the screen at any time.
