VW-1 Flame Tester Product Description:
The VW-1 combustion test machine is manufactured strictly in accordance with UL standards, fully in line with VW-1 combustion test standards, and can complete VW-1 and FT-2 tests. It is economical and widely used in the wire and cable industry. The parameters are as follows: The entire test is carried out in a sealed test chamber with a volume of 4.32 cubic meters. Test method: Adjust the flame height, place the top of the flame under the test piece, burn for 15 seconds, extinguish for 15 seconds, repeat 5 times, and check the burning condition of the test piece. The burning and extinguishing time and the number of repetitions can be set, and it can be operated automatically.

VW-1 Flame Tester Technical Parameters:
● Test box: This test machine is made of steel plates. The body is sprayed with anti-static paint, which has beautiful appearance and anti-rust and anti-corrosion characteristics. There is a smoke exhaust device on the top of the box, which can discharge the exhaust gas to the outside after the test. There are two air inlets on the lower two sides and a set of pneumatic sealing operation devices;
● There is an observation window on the front of the box for easy observation of the test situation;
● The interior is illuminated by anti-fog and anti-smoke round lights;
● Adopt 7″ color touch screen and PLC control;
● Burning time setting: 0~999S can be set;
● Stop burning time setting: 0~999S can be set;
● Continue burning time setting: 0~999S can be set;
● The thermal sensor uses electrolytic copper with extremely high conductivity;
● Thermocouple with imported φ0.5K stainless steel jacket;
● The portable intelligent temperature controller matches the K-type thermocouple, and the reading can reach
1000℃ or above;
● The combustion torch is imported from the United States Hamburg to meet ASTM D 5025-99 requirements,

● Test bracket: VW-1 and FT2 combustion test bracket;
● U-tube pressure gauge: 1 (Dwyer Company, USA);
● Flow meter: high-precision flow meter 0.1~1.0L/Min, level 2 accuracy;
