Burner and gas control:

▪ The burner Angle can be easily adjusted at 0, 20, 45 degrees;

▪ Bunsen burner imported from the United States, barrel length 100mm±10mm, inner diameter 9.5mm±0.3mm; Fully comply with IEC 60695-11-4 burner requirements;

▪The blowtorch itself can be adjusted for flow; The blowtorch itself can adjust the air intake;

Cabinet and fixture features

▪ Large test box 0.75m3, to ensure that the test has sufficient air supply;

▪ Box baking paint treatment, internal baking black paint (standard requirements) corrosion resistance;

Control system:

▪ Programmable controller 7" touch screen to realize control/detection/calculation/data display;

▪ Pulse high voltage electronic automatic ignition.

▪ Double burner station setting: the Bunsen burner imported from the United States complies with ISO10093:1998. Barrel length 100±10mm, inner diameter 9.5±0.3mm. Precise control of blue flame height 25~35mm; Horizontal combustion with wing top nozzle, 400mm high;

▪ Programmable controller PLC+ touch screen to achieve control/detection/calculation/data display.
