PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

The ID352 Pipe Beveling Machine is a robust, internally mounted cold cutting tool engineered for precision weld end preparation on pipes and tubes with diameters ranging from 5.71" to 14.02" (Φ145 mm–356 mm). Designed for high-demand industrial environments such as power generation, petrochemical plants, pipeline construction, and shipbuilding, the ID352 offers efficient, accurate, and repeatable beveling performance across a wide range of materials.

 

Equipped with interchangeable tooling and modular drive systems, the ID352 is capable of performing beveling (V, U), facing, counterboring, and chamfering, supporting diverse weld prep requirements with minimal setup time. Its cold cutting process eliminates heat-affected zones (HAZ), protecting the integrity of the base metal and ensuring exceptional weld quality.

 

The machine can be configured with either an MT electric motor or an explosion-proof pneumatic motor, making it adaptable to both controlled indoor environments and hazardous field conditions. A three-jaw self-centering expanding mandrel ensures stable internal clamping, even in tight or vertical workspaces.
