2. Strong technical support. We shall give technical guide by email, fax, telephone when the customer meets some problems of installation, using or adjusting. If our engineer(s) to assemble or/and maintain or/and adjust the machine is/are required what caused of our machine itself, the customer will only assist to deal with the visa formality, the traveling expenses and accommodation during the business trip and the service period should be at our account within the guarantee period of quality. If it caused by the customer unmerited operation, the relative charge should be paid at the customer’s account, If the case could not been ensured by we and customer, the relative charge will be taken by our and customer half and half through the friendly negotiation.
