30L Red Hanging Cylinder FM200 Fire Suppression System with ≤8s Spraying Time

FM200 (HFC-227ea) is a colorless, tasteless, non-corrosive, and electrically insulating gas that leaves no residue or pollution after extinguishing. Its Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) is zero, making it an environmentally friendly extinguishing agent. These properties make it especially suitable for locations where electrical fires are likely to occur.

Combined with the extinguishing device and electronic accessories, the entire system can operate automatically. It monitors the protected area through detectors and, upon fire detection, activates the extinguishing device via a solenoid actuator. This achieves full automation — eliminating the risk of an unnoticed fire and reducing the cost of employing personnel to supervise the protected area.

The system consists of a 30L red cylinder filled with FM200, mounted on the ceiling or wall of the protected area. When a fire is detected, the gas is released into the space, extinguishing flames quickly and efficiently.

Its compact size and ease of installation make it ideal for small, single-zone areas such as server rooms, electrical control rooms, and other enclosed spaces with a high fire risk. The system is also highly customizable — it can be integrated with fire detection systems and configured for automatic discharge in the event of a fire, or manual activation by an operator.

Hanging-type FM200 fire suppression devices are available in two configurations:

Consists of an FM200 cylinder, container valve, solenoid actuator, pressure switch, stainless steel pipe, and nozzle.

Uses a temperature sensor unit in place of the container valve and solenoid valve.

1. Ideal for small protection zones. Areas such as server rooms or electrical rooms are often small and require only a modest amount of extinguishing agent — the hanging-type system is perfectly suited to this scale.
2. Minimal space occupation. In compact protection zones where space for other equipment is limited, the hanging-type design delivers efficient fire suppression with full coverage of the room.
3. Convenient installation and transportation. The unit is relatively light and compact — a single person can lift and mount it on a ceiling or wall. Note: the temperature-controlled model cannot, in principle or practice, be installed with more than one unit per area.
