The panel is a composite structure consisting of three layers:
1. Outer Skin: A high-quality coil-coated aluminum sheet, typically 0.5mm thick.
2. Core: A solid polyethylene (PE) or fire-retardant mineral-filled core, 3/4" (20mm) thick.
3. Inner Skin: A matching coil-coated aluminum sheet, typically 0.5mm thick.
The layers are continuously bonded under heat and pressure to create a perfectly flat, cohesive unit.

Durability & Weather Resistance The PVDF (Kynar 500®/Hylar 5000®) paint finish offers excellent resistance to fading,
chalking, and harsh weather conditions, with warranties often up to 20 years.
Design Versatility Available in a virtually unlimited range of colors, metallic finishes, and mirror/matte options. Can also
be fabricated to mimic other materials like wood, stone, or brushed metal.
