The 40mm caliber logo flexography printing plastic sausage casing extends product shelf life while reducing secondary packaging costs. Our multibarrier casing is thermo-shrinkable and produced from specially formulated polyamide raw materials of high polymer quality.

Artificial sausage casings with custom printing are widely used across the food industry for various applications including:

Luncheon meat

Usage Instructions
Soaking: Soak shirred or cut casing pieces in warm water for approximately 30 minutes
Stuffing: Stuff casing tightly (5% to 8% larger than nominal diameter). Never under-stuff. Clip tightly to prevent slipping
Cooking: Steam or water cook to desired internal temperature
Cooling: Cool slowly using intermittent showering cycles (2 minutes on, 3 minutes off) until internal temperature reaches 115-118°F
Storage: Avoid direct airflow immediately after cooking. Prevent refrigeration before proper cooling to avoid wrinkles. Finished products may be frozen
