1. Medium Grit (Green Ring, Model SH393 / SH391)

   Thicker sintered diamond layer for fast bulk cutting of CoCr, titanium alloy frameworks and thick porcelain coping. Sizes: 22mm (0.30mm thick), 19mm (0.30mm thick), max speed 10000–20000rpm.

2. Fine Grit (Red Ring, Model SH394 / SH392)

   Refined compact diamond particles for precise fine separation, marginal trimming and smooth surface finishing on thin veneers and delicate ceramic restorations. Sizes: 22mm (0.20mm thick), 19mm (0.20mm thick), max speed 10000–20000rpm.

Specialized cleaning block to remove clogged metal/ceramic debris from sintered diamond burs and discs. Critical for restoring cutting sharpness when switching workpiece materials (from metal to ceramic) to avoid cross-contamination and uneven grinding performance.

All discs are fitted with standard mandrel shanks compatible with FG high-speed dental handpieces.
