The fiberglass melting tank utilizes scientific structural mechanics design. The tank wall thickness is precisely calculated based on the medium's temperature and density, typically ranging from 15-30mm (2-3 times the thickness of ordinary fiberglass storage tanks). The tank bottom features a curved transition structure to reduce stress concentration in high-temperature environments and prevent cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction. A pressure-balancing valve is installed on the tank roof to balance the high-temperature steam pressure within the tank and prevent deformation due to overpressure.
