Brief Description
The tank's insulation system is designed to balance efficient insulation with safety. The insulation layer utilizes a composite structure of aluminum silicate fiber and polyurethane. The inner aluminum silicate fiber layer is heat-resistant to over 600°C, preventing heat transfer within the tank. The outer polyurethane insulation layer further reduces heat loss, keeping the tank's outer wall temperature below 50°C, preventing burns to operators. An FRP protective shell protects the outer layer from damage during workshop operations, extending the life of the insulation system.
