Brief Description
The FRP Melting Tank's bottom and discharge system are designed for practicality, taking into account the fluidity characteristics of the molten medium. The bottom is tilted at a 1-3° angle to facilitate the flow of the molten medium toward the discharge port, minimizing residual material. The discharge port is equipped with a high-temperature-resistant valve (such as a ceramic-sealed valve or a high-temperature metal-sealed valve) and a pre-reserved heating cable connection to prevent the medium from cooling and solidifying at the discharge port, ensuring smooth and unobstructed discharge.
