FulfillDock by SBT is staffed by more than 100 people, and roughly 70% of them work in customs clearance, solution design and after-sales follow-up rather than sales. That mix is deliberate: the people who quote your lane are the people who have to clear it.

Three networked cloud warehouses total 24,000 m² of fulfillment space — Shenzhen (head office plus a 3,000 m² warehouse), Suzhou (13,000 m²) and Dongguan (8,000 m²) — supported by 20+ domestic receiving hubs across Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Yiwu and Suzhou. Overseas, staffed stations and partner clearance extend the same team to Canada, Australia, Southeast Asia and Africa.

Our Story

FulfillDock by SBT (Shenzhen Shibotong International Logistics Co., Ltd.) was founded in 2011 in Shenzhen, at the center of the world’s most concentrated manufacturing and export ecosystem. For 16 years we have built one thing: a dependable bridge between China’s factories and the world’s online shoppers.

Our customers moved from container-load trade into ecommerce — Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Temu, Shein and independent storefronts — and so did we. Today that means warehousing that can pick and pack single pieces, channels that clear customs compliantly at parcel volume, and one system that gives the seller a single view of every order.

Milestones

• 2011 — Company founded in Shenzhen, Bao’an District.
• China network — Three networked cloud-fulfillment warehouses totaling 24,000 m²: Shenzhen (office and 3,000 m²), Suzhou (13,000 m²) and Dongguan (8,000 m²), supported by 20+ domestic receiving hubs across Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Yiwu and Suzhou.
• 2023 — Non-vessel-operating common carrier (NVOCC) filing registered with the Guangdong waterway transport authority (filing GD20230718112829), and formal registration as an international freight forwarder with China’s Ministry of Commerce, covering cargo solicitation, booking, warehousing and transshipment, freight settlement, customs declaration and transport consulting, with approval for multimodal transport and international express.
• Overseas build-out — Staffed stations in Los Angeles and New York, in-country clearance teams in Germany, the UK and Japan, and partner clearance with dedicated capacity extending to Canada, Australia, Southeast Asia and Africa.
• 2025 — Rated an AAA-grade credit enterprise (credit code CYC202508070312601, valid 2025-08-07 to 2028-08-06).

Where We Are Today

More than 800,000 CBM handled per year, over 10,000 active clients annually and 30,000 served to date, with a client repeat rate above 85%. Long-term partnerships with more than 20 major shipping lines and airlines give us allocated fixed space and priority handling on the lanes our customers depend on. We are also a board-member unit of the Shenzhen Aviation Association.

What We Do

1. Ecommerce Fulfillment & Cross-Border Cloud Warehouse

We store, pick, pack and ship your orders from inside China. Our WMS integrates with Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, WooCommerce and custom storefronts, syncing orders automatically with real-time inventory, unified tracking and unified billing. Branded packaging, no minimum order quantity, and a unified daily cutoff — orders in before 16:00 China time are picked, packed and handed to carriers the same day, with tracking live the same day.

2. FBA Prep & First-Leg

Full Amazon-compliant preparation — FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bundling and multipacking, carton marking, quality checks and palletization — followed by first-leg delivery to US, EU and Japan FBA fulfillment centers by sea, air, rail or express, with shipment and appointment handling.

3. Small-Parcel Dropshipping (One-Piece Fulfillment)

One-piece minimum, 0.1-30 kg per parcel, blind shipping in your branding with no supplier paperwork. Dedicated lines to the US, Europe, Japan and Southeast Asia at approximately 5-10 days, with real-time tracking and free labeling, packing and sorting. Built for lightweight, high-frequency replenishment.

4. Dedicated Direct Shipping Lines

Country-specific consolidated lanes in economy, standard and express tiers across the US, UK, Germany, France, Canada, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia and more — DDP or DDU, with the same inventory able to switch channels order by order.

5. Sea & Air Freight DDP (Door-to-Door, Duty Paid)

FCL and LCL sea DDP plus air DDP, with duty pre-paid and VAT/IOSS handled under a compliant, standardized process. Fixed allocated space on major US and Europe lanes protects space, price and transit in peak season — no rolled cargo, no surprise surcharges.

6. Hybrid Sea-Air Combination

Ocean freight carries the long, low-cost leg; air freight carries the fast final leg. The cost-speed middle ground for peak-season restocking, product launches and time-bound replenishment that cannot wait for standard sea freight.

7. Special & Project Cargo

Documented SOPs and dedicated channels for pure batteries, DG containers, oversized furniture, auto parts, solar and energy-storage equipment, and construction or fit-out materials — the hard-to-move cargo most forwarders decline.
