1. Introduction

GS-V4-SW25601703100S-UC-G is a high-performance wide-spectrum uncooled short-wave infrared camera covering 0.4-1.7μm spectral band. It adopts 2560*2048 InGaAs focal-plane array with 3.45μm tiny pixel pitch, which optimizes optical system layout for high-detail infrared acquisition. Image data is transmitted via GigE RJ45 interface with differentiated frame-rate under 8-bit and 12-bit modes. Matching display-control software and SDK are available for secondary development. The camera supports internal and external synchronization modes, together with adjustable gain and multiple onboard image correction functions. Compact lightweight mechanical design with four-sided M2 mounting points enables easy embedding into various optoelectronic systems.
