GS-V4-SW6401705250S-UC-G is a high-performance uncooled short-wave infrared camera covering 0.4-1.7μm spectral band. It adopts 640×512 InGaAs focal-plane array with 5μm pixel pitch, which simplifies the optical system design. Delivering ultra-high 250Hz frame-rate under 8-bit via GigE interface. Freely-selectable ROI can further boost frame-rate for targeted acquisition. Matching display-control software and SDK are provided for user secondary development. Multiple onboard image processing modules handle exposure, gain and pixel correction. Its compact lightweight build supports easy integration into various optoelectronic systems.

  1. Quantum efficiency>70 % from 0.4 μm to 1.6 μm; effective pixel ratio>99.5 %, ensures high-quality infrared image output.
  2. 640×512 high-density sensor improves spatial resolution and lowers design requirements for optical assemblies.
  3. 250 Hz@8-bit /137 Hz@12-bit, perfectly suited for high-speed target capture and dynamic detection tasks.
  4. Global shutter avoids motion blur; exposure time ranges from 15 μs up to maximum 300 s, adapts for both bright and faint light conditions.
  5. Programmable gain from 0.0 dB to 42.0 dB, users can tune signal amplification according to scene brightness.
  6. Built-in non-uniformity correction and defective-pixel correction to suppress image noise and artifacts.
  7. Supports contrast, brightness and Gamma adjustment, as well as parameter saving for quick on-site deployment.
  8. Internal / external synchronization modes; compatible with 3-24 V single-ended external trigger signal for multi-device synchronous control.
  9. Weight ≤140 g, small footprint; works stably from -20 ℃ to +55 ℃ for industrial and field applications. Multiple-side M2 mounting holes and standard C-mount simplify mechanical and optical integration.
  10. GigE data output, matched GUI software and official SDK are provided, convenient for embedding into custom machine vision and optoelectronic systems.
