GS-SW6401715150-C-SG-CL is a professional TEC cooled InGaAs SWIR laser spot tracking camera operating within 0.9–1.7μm spectral band, featuring high quantum efficiency at 1550nm band. Equipped with 640×512 15μm InGaAs FPA, the camera reaches 150Hz full-frame frame rate, and supports ultra-high-speed tracking up to 2000Hz under 128×116 ROI. Built-in TEC cooling chip effectively restrains dark current to improve imaging uniformity. It supports simultaneous Camera Link digital and PAL/NTSC analog signal output, with external trigger port to meet fast synchronous tracking demands. The front cover is detachable for quick optical interface conversion. Arbitrary ROI configuration is available, and onboard high-speed centroid extraction & real-time coordinate output are integrated, perfectly adapted to laser detection systems. Compact lightweight structure facilitates integration into various optoelectronic equipment. All cameras pass ISO & CE quality inspection.
