1. Introduction

GS-SW640171550-C-CML-CAN is a high-performance TEC cooled InGaAs short-wave infrared camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectrum band. It adopts 640*512 15μm InGaAs focal plane array, supporting up to 50Hz full frame rate. The camera uses high-speed Gbps CML digital transmission interface, matched with CAN bus for equipment control featuring strong anti-interference capability. Equipped with built-in TEC cooling system, it effectively restrains chip dark current to improve imaging quality. Arbitrary ROI window configuration is supported to raise frame rate as required, and onboard laser spot centroid tracking function can be integrated upon demand. Ultra-small and lightweight design fits pod integration, laser communication and portable optoelectronic systems. All products pass ISO & CE inspection, OEM structural & function customization is supported.
