This handheld hot riveting machine integrates hot riveting, hot melting and hot pressing functions, suitable for processing various plastic parts. It features 650W rated power, adjustable temperature range from 10°C to 320°C and freely settable welding time. Equipped with an automatic air blowing system, it effectively reduces wire drawing and head adhesion after hot melting, ensuring neat and clean forming results. Adopting high-quality electric heating elements, the machine achieves fast and uniform heating to deliver firm and stable riveting joints.
The hot riveting head is detachable and replaceable. For updated product production, only replacement of customized riveting heads is required, which improves versatility and saves procurement costs. Custom riveting heads are available according to customer’s product size, thickness and height requirements, supporting multiple forming types including mushroom shape, U-shape, hollow shape and customized styles to meet diverse processing demands.

The CCS-RMJ is our industrial-grade handheld platform, built for production lines that run multiple shifts. It is available in several voltage configurations (220V, 380V, 440V) and can be ordered with electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic power depending on your factory setup. The frame uses steel and aluminum construction, and the machine can be configured with PLC or semi-automatic control for integration into automated cells.
Typical applications include structural plastic joining in heavy manufacturing, high-throughput hot staking on processing and assembly lines, dashboard and door panel assembly for automotive Tier-1 suppliers, and any environment where the tool needs to run 24/7 with minimal downtime.

Every handheld hot riveting machine goes through the same process: parts procurement from qualified suppliers, in-house assembly and wiring, parameter calibration, and a 48-hour continuous run test before packaging. The heating elements are sourced to our specifications, and the temperature control uses PID regulation that holds within 2 degrees of the setpoint. We machine rivet heads in our own CNC shop, so turnaround on custom profiles is fast and the fitment is consistent.
