(I) Product Application

(II) Working Principle

The equipment adopts a handheld integrated structure. After connecting to 220V AC power, the heating element heats up and conducts heat to the welding head. The welding head contacts the surface of the plastic riveting pillar, melting it. After manual pressure is applied for shaping, the air-cooling system is activated for rapid cooling and solidification, completing the plastic riveting operation. The overall machine temperature and cooling time can be adjusted as needed, offering flexible operation.

Temperature Control System: Equipped with intelligent temperature control components and thermocouples for real-time temperature measurement, it automatically adjusts the heating temperature. (V) Installation and Operation Summary

Installation only requires two steps: mold docking and connecting the power and air supply. Before operation, set the temperature and cooling time. After the equipment reaches the specified temperature, hold the handle and press down vertically to rivet. After forming, start the cooling process. The process is simple.

Keep the welding head clean daily, and regularly check the wiring and connectors. The operating environment temperature should be controlled below 40℃.
