reflectivity; it can improve the aesthetics of the tanker and provide a good self-cooling effect.

Ocean Shipping

For oversize sheet, we use Flat Rack Container

1) We use suitable securing material, such as wooden blocks, steel straps, and ratchet tie-downs

     to firmly fix the aluminum plates to the flat rack.

2) To prevent possible exposure to seawater or rain, we cover the entire cargo with waterproof tarps.

3) We make sure these sheets are loaded with a low and evenly distributed center of gravity to avoid

     tilting during the transportation.

Aluminum alloy 5454,5754,5052,5083,5182,6061 is frequently used for the tank trailers, we produce

5052, 5454, 6061, aluminum sheet for our customers, they use these material to produce the trailer tank ,

5454 is for the tank body, 5052 is for the head and bafflex, 6061 is for the pipe ending to tie with valves

with screws and so on.

What are the characteristics of aluminum 5454 H32 vs. H34?

Aluminum 5454 H32 and H34 have many similarities because they share the same alloy composition and

physical properties. But the varying tempers result in different mechanical properties. H34 is further 

strain-hardened resulting in marginally higher tensile strength.
