Our Samples
For oversize sheet, we use Flat Rack Container for shipping
1) We use suitable securing material, such as wooden blocks, steel straps, and ratchet
tie-downs to firmly fix the aluminum plates to the flat rack.
2) To prevent possible exposure to seawater or rain, we cover the entire cargo with
waterproof tarps.
3) We make sure these sheets are loaded with a low and evenly distributed center of
gravity to avoid tilting during the transportation.

• Properties of 7075 Aluminum Alloy
7075 aluminum alloy is famous for its impressive strength, rivaling many steel alloys. This str
-ength comes from its unique chemical makeup and tempering processes, particularly the T6
temper, which provides an ultimate tensile strength of up to 83,000 psi and yield strength bet
-ween 63,000 and 69,000 psi.

The outstanding strength-to-weight ratio of 7075 aluminum makes it ideal for industries like

• Corrosion Resistance
7075 aluminum offers moderate corrosion resistance, better than the 2000 series alloys but
not as good as some other aluminum alloys. This makes it suitable for environments with mo
