Aluminum alloy 5754 was often designated “AlMg3”, it is an aluminum alloy with magnesium
as the primary alloying element. It has good formability when in the fully soft, annealed temper
and can be work-hardened to very high strength levels. It is sea water resistant and has an
average strength, high corrosion resistance and good for welding.

Our samples:
We are good at medium and thick 5xxx/6xxx series aluminum plates product, and produced
some samples for display. Most samples are used for automobile and railway transportation fields.
Ocean Shipping
For oversize plate, we use Flat Rack Container for shipping
1) We use suitable securing material, such as wooden blocks, steel straps, and ratchet
tie-downs to firmly fix the aluminum plates to the flat rack.
2) To prevent possible exposure to seawater or rain, we cover the entire cargo with
waterproof tarps.
3) We make sure these sheets are loaded with a low and evenly distributed center of
gravity to avoid tilting during the transportation.

industrial chemical corrosion.
the Typical Application of Different Thickness
1. Thin Plate (0.2mm–6.0mm)
0.2–1.0mm: Ultra-thin sheets for precision stamping or packaging.
1.0–3.0mm: Commonly used in automotive interior, ship bulkhead.
3.0–6.0mm: Structural component, fuel tank, and container panel.
2. Medium-Thick Plate (6.0–25mm)
6.0–12mm: Ship deck, chemical equipment lining, truck floor panel.
12–25mm: Heavy transport equipment, bridge structures, pressure vessel.
3. Thick Plate (Above 25mm)
Primarily used in specialized industries, such as large ship structures and heavy
machinery support.
