Our Samples
We are good at medium and thick 5xxx/6xxx series aluminum plates product, and produced
some samples for display. Most samples are used for automobile and railway transportation
fields.
Some manufacturers use 5454 H111 aluminum plates to produce tank bodies. We supplies
raw materials for producing aluminum plates for tank trucks, including 5083, 5052, 5754, 5454,
5182, etc.
Aluminum Material Advantages than other material
♦ Aluminum tanker trailers are used to transport petrochemical products such as diesel, gasoline,
kerosene, methanol, and ethanol. They are light weight with mass as little as 6 tons. Therefore,
the weight of goods carried can be increased. Since the tanker body is made of aluminum, this
type of trailers does not need anti rust treatment and there’s no need to worry about rust residue
or damage done by rust. The trailer’s material is also environmentally friendly.
♦ Aluminum tanker trailers has much better fuel economy compared to tankers made from other
material thanks to its lightweight. Research done by European Aluminum Association shows that
0.6L of gasoline can be saved for every ton and 10km. If traveling 12,000km a year, an aluminum
tanker can reduce the dead weight of 5t compared with a steel tank, and it will save at least 1800L
of fuel annually.
