6xxx series 6005 Aluminum Alloy Plate 4x8 Aluminum Sheet
6005 is a medium-strength, heat-treatable Al-Mg-Si alloy widely used in structural and
architectural applications. It offers an excellent balance of mechanical properties, extrudability,
and cost efficiency, making it a popular alternative to 6061 for many industrial uses.

Composition: Mg (0.4-0.6%), Si (0.6-0.9%) with Cr/Cu additions

• Hardness: ~95 HB
