UV Wastewater Disinfection System Stainless Steel Effluent Sterilizer 30-2000 m³/h
The UV Wastewater Disinfection System delivers chemical-free, high-efficiency microbial inactivation for final effluent and reuse applications. Inside a polished SS316L reaction chamber, low-pressure amalgam lamps emit UV light at 254 nm, a wavelength that penetrates microbial cell walls and disrupts DNA, rendering bacteria, viruses, and protozoa non-viable. Because no chemicals are added, the system leaves no disinfection by-products, no residual toxicity, and no taste or odour, making it ideal for plants facing strict discharge or water-reuse standards. Modular reactor banks allow capacities from 30 m³/h up to 2,000 m³/h to be configured from a single compact footprint.

Chemical-Free Inactivation: UV light at 254 nm neutralises bacteria, viruses and protozoa without chlorine, ozone or other chemical reagents, eliminating disinfection by-products.
High-Output Amalgam Lamps: Low-pressure, high-output amalgam lamps deliver a guaranteed UV dose of at least 30 mJ/cm² while consuming less energy and lasting up to 12,000 hours.
Corrosion-Resistant SS316L Chamber: The reaction chamber and internal baffles are fabricated from SS316L, ensuring long service life even in saline or slightly acidic effluent.
Automatic Quartz Cleaning: A motorised wiper system keeps quartz sleeves clear of fouling, maintaining UV transmittance and extending manual maintenance intervals.
Intelligent Dose Control: An integral UV intensity sensor and PLC continually monitor lamp output and flow, alarming and adjusting to guarantee the required disinfection dose.
Modular, Scalable Banks: Multiple reactor modules can be combined in parallel, allowing a single system family to cover 30-2,000 m³/h and future plant expansion.
