Our factory-built Gravel Prepacked Well Screens are the industry-trusted all-in-one sand control solution for oil & gas, water well, geothermal, and CBM operations. Purpose-engineered for unconsolidated, high-sand formations and horizontal/deviated wellbores, each unit integrates three core components: a high-strength perforated base pipe, a continuous wire-wrapped outer screen, and a uniformly compacted, hermetically sealed gravel filter layer between them. This multi-stage filtration system delivers superior fine sand retention, minimizes sand production, reduces downhole pressure drop, and eliminates the cost, complexity, and placement risks of on-site gravel packing.
