The inner base pipe is offered in API-standard carbon steel grades (J55, K55, N80, L80, P110) and corrosion-resistant stainless steel grades (SS304, 304L, 316L). Precision uniform punching processing ensures steady fluid flow while maintaining integral pipe rigidity. The outer protective screen jacket is constructed from 304, 304L or 316L stainless steel with standard 20mm slots. The accurate slot dimension efficiently blocks formation sand and impurities, maximizes flow area, prevents pipeline clogging, and sustains consistent well production efficiency.
