UV Stabilized Greenhouse Film is a high-performance agricultural covering film specially engineered to withstand long-term exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation while maintaining excellent transparency, strength, and durability. It is manufactured from 100% virgin PE, EVA, or PO resins using advanced 5-layer or 7-layer co-extrusion blown film technology, combined with premium UV stabilizers and functional additives.
Unlike conventional greenhouse films, UV stabilized greenhouse film is designed to resist degradation caused by continuous sunlight exposure. The built-in UV stabilizers help prevent cracking, yellowing, brittleness, and loss of mechanical strength, significantly extending the film's service life while ensuring consistent light transmission for healthy crop growth.
In addition to UV protection, the film can be customized with features such as anti-drip, anti-fog, thermal insulation, infrared (IR) heat retention, and light diffusion, making it suitable for a wide range of greenhouse applications in different climates.
