Our products grinding media balls are mainly exported to more than 20 countries and regions in the world, such as Japan, Korea, South Africa, Zambia, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Mongolia, Australia, UAE, Chile etc.

| Production Line: | Forged steel balls production line
1. All the raw material-steel rods are produced by reputable large scale steel mills. We can also arrange special processing for different requirements of the steel raw material .
2. We use an electric furnace to heat the raw material, in order to make sure all the materials can reach the correct temperature and reduce unnecessary loss during heating.
3. To obtain high hardness,strength,toughness and superior wear resistance ,the forged steel balls undergo heat treatment, water quenching, and tempering.
4.During the heat treatment, we use advanced Isothermal temperature control technology, to insure the uniformity of the hardness of the grinding balls.
Cast Balls Production line
1. We use high quality alloy iron and carbon steel scrap iron as raw material,and a medium frequency electric furnace for smelting. The chemical composition and optimal proportions are created by our technicians through continuously testing.
2. The hardness and toughness of the cast iron balls achieve the best conditions because of the best configuration of the different chemical elements.
3. Oil quenching and air quenching are the client’s option for the heat treatment process. Regarding the tempering process,we use the professional desktop tempering furnace to acquire the desired combination of strength and toughness. Our cast iron balls have the advantages of low breakage, low wear rate and no distortion.
