Q2: How was your heat treatment for your Grinding Balls ,rods and Cylpebs?
Hardening: Heat slowly to a temperature of 850°C-950°C ,hold 1-2 hours.
followed by air cooling then quenching in oil for 10 Minutes, the hardness can reach 65HRC.
Tempering: Heat slowly to a temperature of 250°C-300°C ,hold a suitable time to the section size and cool in
still air of furnace.
